Funding
- The grant is matched dollar for dollar
- Each approved project may receive up to HK$10 million
- Projects generally last no more than 24 months
- The funded company will own the intellectual property the project creates
- No requirement to repay the government grant
- Rules on sharing benefits after commercialisation are not compulsory
Eligibility
- established in Hong Kong
- Holds a valid business registration certificate
- not a government-funded organisation
- Not a subsidiary of any government-funded organisation
