- Consultancy on proprietary Chinese medicine quality management and SOPs (scheme A2-2(ii))
- Consultancy on the GMP application proposal (scheme A2-2(iii))

- The consultant engaged must be a GMP certification consultant pre-approved by the implementing body

- Funds equipment that proprietary Chinese medicine manufacturers need for GMP certification
Requirements
- The applicant must submit a report from a GMP consultant pre-approved by the implementing body, confirming that the hardware is equipment needed to raise the quality of proprietary Chinese medicines, and that it falls within the eligible hardware list.
